The apartment is very cute and it is to the way it's advertised. It has the necessities for a longer stay. We rented it for 35 days. It even had a space us to be able to work. Joana was very attentive and pleasant. The church across the apartment would ring the church bells every hour (not throughout the night) and the Saturday market was always enjoyable to get our fresh fruit, veggies and of course the bread . There's a bakery around the corner which enjoyed walking to. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a brilliant stay in the apartment and didn’t want to leave. I’d definitely stay again if I was to come back to Lisbon. I stayed September - mid-November. For me the fan was enough during the hotter days as there was also a lot of breeze that would come through the windows. I only used the heater once but it warmed the place up nicely. I worked in the apartment every day and the wifi was fast and reliable. I really appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped and had basics like salt, pepper and oil when I arrived. It’s up a little street and the street stays well lit at night and I always felt safe, even at night. At night, I’d walk up R. São Cristóvão rather than the side streets as it’s also well lit and busy. The bed upstairs was very comfy. You do have to duck down when you are upstairs but this wasn’t a problem for me. Another benefit of having the bed up there is it’s quiet at night. Maurice was great at communication. I had one issue while I stayed and it was fixed very quickly and without any hassle. It is on the top floor so be prepared to climb up some stairs but the climb is worth it for such a gem!

Perfectni byt a majite

S majitelkou maximální spokojenost (vždy se snažila vyjít vstříc, poradila, reagovala rychle a mile). S bytem je to hodně dáno specifikou daného bytu, ale v porovnání s jinými nabídkami pořád převažuje poměr kvality a ceny. Krátkodobě super, na delší bydlení bych ho nechtěl.

Nice location, very convenient

Every thing in the flat was fine for our needs. I like the separate kitchen and lounge diner. A few bits could do with a refresh but overall it was satisfactory and it's closeness to the railway and bus stations a bonus as parking was a challange

Klea is very sweet and helpful. Always available n case of problem or to give advices. The flat was really nice, great WiFi connection for those looking to work, closed by bus station, supermarkets and the sea.
