The apartment has all the amenities, excellent in that sense. If you come in summer, be prepared because it's extremely hot; we had to buy a fan. It would be ideal if it had air conditioning. As for the neighborhood, it's not a major problem. Some might say it's dangerous, but we didn't feel that way. The street outside the window is quite noisy; I recommend using earplugs for sleeping.

The apartment was perfect for our stay 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of space for everyone. The management was very helpful and flexible, especially with assisting us with a late night check in and allowing us to check out as late as 6 PM. Communication was always timely and clear.

The neighbors were friendly, and the apartment is conveniently located close to the city center with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore Budapest.

The only small issue was that the chairs in the living room are quite large for little children, making it a bit difficult for them to sit and eat comfortably. Aside from that, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay in Budapest and would happily recommend this apartment.

Nice studio in a lovely and convenient location, both close to nature and with good connection to the city centre. Amazing helpful and communicative host. Enough space in wardrobes, relatively well-equipped kitchen, small things like soap, oil or detergent being a super nice touch, especially for my short stay. An older and so a bit less comfortable bed and no window net, but overall great accommodation for the price.

Fantastic apartment! We had such a lovely time. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. We stayed for 5 weeks and it had everything we needed. We were grateful that they provided plenty of towels for beach/pool as well as shower/bath. Juan was extremely responsive and nice. The pool was refreshing after long days of walking around in the sun (we were there in August) and the view from the pool is spectacular! The apartment is in a great location with sea views and as long as 85 stairs are not daunting for you, the walk to and from the mall/beach/boardwalk/bus stop was convenient. Also even though there isn't A/C, the fan in the bedroom was sufficient. The layout is wonderful and everything worked well.

On the island - we went to movies at Cine Yelmo, concerts in the plazas, rented a car from Autos Sansu and took Spanish classes at Language Campus - recommend all!

Gracias for an outstanding experience - we look forward to coming back!

Really easy, comfortable and clean place to stay. Marin is a great host, extremely helpful and proactive and the apartment has everything you need. The location is very quiet and calm, different supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance, multiple trams and buses to get you to the centre (or bus and train stations) in about 30 mins. I highly recommend this place, hvala puno, Marin.

This apartment is wonderful. Spacious enough for a family, clean, modern and exactly as described. It's in the perfect location with a bus stop right outside (and a 2 minute walk to Turia Garden and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències). The host is fantastic with communication and helped us at every stage. Highly recommended.
