Much more than I expected!

I stayed for three weeks. Appartement was very cozy, fully equipped with all home appliances. Mattress is firm and comfortable, just as I like. Heating was excellent and floor heating in bathroom was a nice surprise. Good location and close to the subway, grocery stores near by. There is an elevator in the building. Alina who is a property manager was really nice and welcoming.

I would recommend this property!

This is a nice accommodation for students and people who just enter the workplace. The apartment is close to public transportation, less than a minute by walk. The room is outstandingly clean with large windows easily accessible to sunlight. The shared bathroom and restroom, cleaned by the clean laddies every day, are clean as well. The price is decent and reasonable. Slightly unfortunately, the apartment cannot make a perfect score due to the two disadvantages: soundproofing and the cleanliness of the shared kitchen. The former shall be improved by the owner. The latter is mainly up to the tenants who frequently use the kitchen. However, the owner can still establish stricter regulations and fines to help those selfish people with poor sanitation maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. BTW, there are some tricky tenants breaking the smoking-free rule by stretching their heads outside the window to smoke. Overall, it is good.

I had a really great time here. Sofia is such a lovely person. She made me feel like home from the very beginning of my stay. The room was perfect, spacious and sunny. The environment is welcoming and the location is perfect. I am looking forward to come back and I am already missing Pompom, the house cat.

Dana (and her husband) is a very friendly and helpful landlord, especially in the begining she gave me a lot of hints for getting to know the city. The appartement itself was also fine, as shown in the pictures, and everything worked fine except some smaller issues which were fixed in an instand after telling Dana.

If you're looking for a place to arrive in Brno, this apartment is the BEST PLACE! It is beautiful, clean, and has everything you may need to have a nice arrival in the city. Even though it is a little bit far from the center of the city, you can get easily there because it is close to various trams.

Also, Daniela is an AMAZING landlady. She's willing to help you in whatever you need and it is easy to communicate to her if you have any questions or issues.

„Together with two friends of mine we spent our winter term with Erasmus here in Prague at this beautiful apartment provided by Vacasa. As we arrived the local manager Katerina introduced us shortly to the apartment and everything looked like on the pictures of the website. Everything worked perfectly but if we had any issues regarding the apartment Katerina always supported us immedeatly. We really can recommend it!“
