I like that everything is close by. The metro, the tram, the grocery store, the restaurants, the barbershop around the corner, the Asian massage place, the theater in the mall that plays movies in English, etc. Convinient location.

Stan's house is a cozy and tidy solution for everyone who want to spend some time in Prague. The apartment is completely furnished and Stan is always available for any kind of problem. The flat is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it connected to the centre by tram and it is at less then one hour from the airport.
I recommend without any doubts Stan and his flat.

S bydlenim jsme byli velmi spokojeni, jen by se hodila alespoň jedna plotýnka vařiče navíc, popřípadě mikrovlnka. Jinak je majitel velice ochotný a vstřícný. Když jsem začala v pět hodin ráno rodit, nabídl manželovi, že ho zaveze do nemocnice = proto hodnotíme nadstandartní přístup spolupráce ☺ Psi, ktere majitel 2-3x denne venci na zahrade (kdo nechce vubec s nimi neprijde do kontaktu) jsou velmi pratelsti, což se ale nedá říct o psech ze sousedství, které tam každý má vycvičené na hlídání (neustále štěkají, když kolem nich někdo projde) a tak je asi příjemnější jezdit autem... Milé je, že v bytě téměř nejsou slyšet auta...takze se nam s noci skvele spalo, a pres den jsme mohli větrat. Kdo má rád venkov, ocení i vzdálené jemné kokrhání kohouta.

Roman was a great host and his flat was wonderful. He got the flat into good condition on very short notice when I requested to stay at his place. He was very helpful with recommendations and things to do around the neighborhood. He was always available if I had questions or if there were any issues with the flat. I really liked the flat from Stana, it had some minor issues (no clothes iron) and wifi which wasn't broadband, just a mobile 4g router, which caused me a lot of headache.

Nevertheless the flat is terrific, spacious and sunlit. There's enough room to feel very good. Kitchen is well equipped and you can really get your cooking on. Also the neighborhood is great, because the flat is 200m away from Novy Smichov shopping center (with all amenities) and to get to the town center you just need to cross the bridge. All and all very good offer and comes recommended.

Velmi příjemné ubytování v unikátní lokalitě hned u Čertovky na “ostrově” Kampa. Vybavení zahrnuje vše potřebné, nechybí malý dvorek. Tramvaj nedaleko, stejně jako možnost nakoupit potraviny atd. Karlův most jen kousek od domu, Lennonova zeď hned naproti, blízké Pražské Jezulátko a park. Různé restaurace, kavárny, muzea, galerie atd.

The rooom was very comfortable, in a quiet and residential part of the city, and the apartment had a good connection to the rest of Prague through public transport. Monica was also a very friendly and helpful landlady! Overall I found it to be ideal for students!

The apartment is as advertised, clean, quiet and in a central location. The manager is friendly and responsive. There was a one-day electricity outage which the manager handled VERY quickly and provided a different apartment until it was fixed. Would rent again, thank you.
