The location was great, right in the middle of the city centre. Unfortunately, there was not a lot of daylight in the apartment, but otherwise, it is highly recommended. It was also nice that the apartment was air-conditioned.

I had a wonderful one-month stay at this apartment at Váci utca 42. I had originally booked just one room, but because the accommodation mainly caters to exchange students and the other rooms were vacant during the summer, I ended up having the whole apartment to myself, which was a lovely bonus.

The host was very kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout my stay. A cleaning service also came approximately every ten days, so the apartment was kept clean and comfortable.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. The location is very central and the place looks exactly as on the photos. In the summer it can get very hot upstairs and noisy from outside, since there are a lot of restaurants and live music. But nevertheless the communication with the property was always amazing and they were very helpful.

Cozy, clean spot in Karlín close to a park, public transport, and plenty of food/drink options. Mark was very easy to communicate with and super understanding when my initial arrival got delayed by a stalled train. The flat also stayed reasonably cool during a heatwave with blinds closed, windows facing the interior courtyard, and a fan inside. Would stay again!

Everything was great! The location is very convenient, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away, and Porto city center is also easy and quick to reach by taxi. Cozy apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bruna gave us really clear instructions and answered all our questions. Location is great, it is located in the middle of a very touristic area in a traditional neighborhood. If you are going in summer, expect a lot of tourists walking around and even peeking at your window if it's open.

We had a very good stay overall. Sofia was very kind and attentive throughout our visit, providing helpful information and recommendations for things to see in Porto. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

The only downsides were that the cleaning could have been better and, on the day of checkout, there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning service and they tried to enter the apartment before our agreed departure time. Luckily, the door was locked from the inside. We understand it was a coordination mistake, but it was an uncomfortable way to end the stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rate it 8/10.

Perfect apartment to experience the atmosphere of old Budapest. High ceilings, huge windows, stucco decorations, wooden furniture, and parquet floors.

We fell in love with this apartment!

Even during the hot weather, when the temperature outside rose to 40 degrees Celsius, — It still was quite cool inside.

Agota is a very nice host, communication was great. She treated us to delicious plum jam and was very kind to allow us a late checkout.
