Had an excellent one month stay , apartment just as pics great , nice and big, lots of wardrobe space with plenty of hangers which was needed for me as brought far too much clothing , lovely windows which open fully as was hot during my stay , great Internet I was working remotely for the month , the only downside no netflix but wasn't a big issue as didn't watch much TV, I would return again

This is one of the coziest places I have stayed during my two years of traveling. The bed is big and incredibly comfortable, and the sunlight comes in beautifully, making the room feel bright and warm. The house is clean, modern, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

The hosts are also incredibly kind and welcoming. They genuinely take great care of their guests and make you feel at home.

The house is located at the entrance of the town, but in a quiet and peaceful area, so it is easy to come and go while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. Manteigas is such a beautiful little town—a wonderful place to slow down, focus on yourself, and enjoy the mountains and hiking trails around you.

I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. I would happily come back here again!

My stay at Miguel's studio was wonderful. The space is very enjoyable, very light and quiet, but also very central and well connected to various areas of the city. It is 10 mins close to Avenida de Libertade, and 5 minutes away from beautiful parks (Jardim de Torel, Jardim Freire). It is very close to supermarkets and traditional restaurants but also nice cafeterias. Looking back, I could not have found a better place than this. Miguel and Sónia were also very friendly and communication was always smooth with both.

The apartment was great. Pura was extremely kind and accommodating and available when needed. I recommend her properties 100%.

Jiří was super helpful and accommodating throughout my say. Had no issues with roommates. The only thing was, bathrooms aren’t cleaned in between guests. I had to clean it when I moved in.

This wonderful and charming apartment gave me everything I needed for this amazing and short stay in Berlin. Jan was a host who made sure I had all the necessary comfort!

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, and great host, responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

The neighborhood was also excellent. There were plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, and public transport was very convenient. Being close to Andrássy Avenue and the M1 metro made it easy to get around Budapest while still staying in a quieter residential area.

I would definitely recommend the area, especially for anyone who wants to be close to the centre without staying right in the busiest tourist streets.

The apartment was very nice, and I felt very comfortable during my stay.
Overall, everything was good, although the communication with the host was sometimes a little complicated. I was given a confirmation that I could extend my stay, but this was unexpectedly cancelled just a few days beforehand because the apartment had been rented to someone else in the meantime.

The apartment is as advertised. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. We had a lovely three-month stay in this amazing apartment. Francisco has created a lovely haven and was a great host. Since I also had to work while we were there, the office space was a game-changer for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and nothing was missing. The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty- actually, an amazing amount- of storage. The living room was well appointed and very comfortable. There are many little touches that make the apartment special, such as the automatic blinds. I will stay again when in Matosinhos.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, modern, and made us feel right at home.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and even though we arrived late at night, Mary and Cris were very accommodating, which we really appreciated.

The location was another huge highlight. It was so easy to get around Budapest using public transportation, and everything we wanted to see was easily accessible from the apartment.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we’re ever back in Budapest, this will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommend!

Very nice host and good communication! The apartment is located in the best possible place to experience the atmosphere of the city. It's also only 10 min to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need.

My partner and I spent one month here, and we had a great experience. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was working perfectly.

Tamara and the whole team gave us a warm welcome and were always available whenever we needed anything. They were very responsive and always answered quickly, no matter the time.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the common areas, amenities, and laundry services were excellent. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but they solved it quickly.

However, future guests should know that the building is undergoing renovations. The construction noise was deafening at times and made the flat vibrate. There is also occasional noise from a café nearby due to events few times a month.

Despite the occasional noise, everything else was perfect, so I still would recommend staying here. Thank you!

The apartment is very cozy and homely, there is everything you need and everything works perfectly. Host is extremely nice and welcoming, he gave us a lot of advice about the island and was more than helpful with even smallest details regarding our stay. The area is also great, it’s practically the city center, there are many good bars and restaurants nearby and you also can get to the nearest beach by feet in 40-50 min or by taxi in less than 10 min.
I highly recommend staying here!
