It was a studio apartment in a lovely communal neighborhood. It’s not as spacious as the pictures online would have you believe. Having said that, if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not that kind of neighborhood. The community loves celebrating their heritage and I think it’s lovely. Expect parades with hours and sometimes days. Also, this is a tourist area so lower your expectations of a quiet night. Tourists are noisy. Management was cordial. Stay on top of your communication with management. The cleaning lady was always nice. Lastly, if you plan on staying at the apartment for a long stay always check the Flatio payment section to make sure you are current. For some reason the site doesn’t send payment reminders even though they have your email. They’ll only send you an email when it’s past due and that’s a maybe. It’s up to you to visit the site to make sure that your payment is current. With all of that said enjoy your stay.

Potrebovali sme docasne ubytko kvoli rekonstrukcii pre 4clennu rodinu (s 2 malymi detmi 6 a 3 roky). Do bytu sme sa zmestili viac menej bez problemov. Terasa je paradna, a vyhlad z nej rovnako tak. Kedze je byt v samom srdci Holesovic, bolo velmi jednoduche odskocit si na nakup, na kavu (skvela kava do 500m na vsetky 4 svetove strany) ci na veceru / obed.

very big room with 2 single beds,the worst part is the kitchen dirty and the distance from the metro(its at least 1.5 km) and it is far away from the center. The host was kind and helpfuls, good for the price.

We spent five months in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The flat is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The location is excellent – right in the heart of Lisbon, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. It’s a lively area, so you should be comfortable with the hustle and bustle of city life. Stephane and Marta were always friendly and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and the overall atmosphere in the building was warm and welcoming. We’d definitely recommend the apartment to others and would happily stay there again in the future.

Amazing apartment with the most beautiful views in all of Lisbon! The location is at the top of the hill so be prepared to walk plus being on the 4th floor is a lot of steps, but that's Lisbon in general :) I actually enjoyed the cardio and workout! The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back next summer and stay again.

The room is spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need for a short or long stay. The host is friendly and welcoming and reply’s to messages quickly.

Rating of the flat and room: - in general fine, with some wear-and-tear from previous tenants. But the pictures of the room and flat on the website are old and don't show the current state! - the worst thing - a bar with very noisy clients just next door! Difficult to sleep in summer months, when they are active - the best thing: the agency targets exchange students, that are absent in summer. I rented one room, but ended up being alone in the flat for a month, which was nice. - lack of airconditioner, difficult to sleep in summer - there were ants in the kitchen. This was due to the previous tenants and it didn't bother me much. But the previous tenants told me the agency hasn't taken care of this - the agency calls a cleaning service before a new person moves in, so when I moved it was all clean and tidy. This was nice Rating of the agency: - they changed the responsible agent, but the previous one (Berton) appeared to intentionally misslead me. He responded quickly, but did strange things: 1) After I reserved the flat my reservation got cancelled, because "the website made a mistake", in to his words. Then the price increased and I reserved it again, nontheless. I met the old tenants and figured out, that conveniently enough the agency hiked the price just after they left. 2) I asked if I could extend the stay and the answer was "Of course, just reserve quickly on the website, because there is another person who also reserved the room for the same time" - How is this possible? Are they accepting double reservations? And they will scr** over the other person to give me the room? I don't think so. I think this was just a reply to make me impulsively book the flat. - in general the agent was easy going and responsive. I just chatted with him, never met him in person I would use the same agency again, because it's hard to find good and affordable places in Budapest

A stylish and comfortable home with everything you could need. There are plenty of dishes, towels, and bed linens, as well as all the necessary household appliances. The patio is perfect for family and friend gatherings, with a grill to cook on. The air conditioner ensures that the temperature inside the house is always comfortable, no matter what the outside conditions are.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment in Manteigas, a small village in the Serra da Estrela. Ideal for discovering the authentic inland Portugal. Perfect for taking long walks and routes through the mountains of the serra.

The apartment really fits the description on the website. It is located less than 10-min walk from metro station and tram station which will take you to the city centre in less than 30 mins. There is a supermarket next to the metro station which really helps as well. The amenities and cleaning supplies are sufficient. I appreciate the availability of towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, etc. which allowed me to change them when needed. There is an elevator in the building, so accessibility is not an issue. Definitely would recommend this apartment to future guests.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon, which is a real asset. However, one of the rooms is quite small and difficult to consider a true bedroom. A bit of refurbishment would also be welcome. Despite this, the students who stayed there were very happy with their experience in Lisbon. It’s also worth noting the landlord’s excellent responsiveness—he was always available and attentive whenever the students needed assistance.

Very modern flat in Zizkov that is close to public transportation. Neighbourhood has everything you need, lots of grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. The flat itself is a little small for two persons, but for us it was perfectly fine. The kitchen could have been equipped a little better, but it still has all the necessities for basic cooking. Everything was very clean though, and having a smart TV and a balcony was a nice extra!

Géraldine and Gemma were great hosts — we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in, which was super helpful. They always responded very quickly to any questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. A technical issue with the washing machine was also resolved quickly and smoothly. Thank you again!

Great flat really well located in the buzzing neighbourhood of The flat is big and cosy, with all the needed accessories and furniture. The street is calm and the balcony gives a great view to the bridge and the Jesus statue. Many thanks Ana for providing such a great welcome!
