The location and the VIEW are both excellent.
Only one thing: it can be cold (funny remark for Athens). So, if you are not comfortable with it, just avoid January and February.

Marcelo is a great host. He was very easy to communicate and work with. He was thorough with instructions and prompt with responses and addressing any issues. The apartment is in a great location with all the amenities within walking distance. We were here in winter but the apartment has access to a pool so would be wonderful for anyone with kids. The only downside, if you could even call that, is that the apartment has lovely antique furniture so we had to be extra careful all the time as we have two little boys so that was a bit hard. Overall the apartment and neighborhood served us well and we will miss it as we really enjoyed staying here for four months.

Our Blueground flat was an amazing place for our two-month stay in Prague. It is well-equipped, had two separate workspaces for me and my husband (we worked remotely while there), a well-equipped kitchen, modern amenities, and a great location (close to all modes of public transport as well as a grocery store nearby). We recommend it wholeheartedly! Also, if you're like me and don't like hand-held shower heads, nothing to worry about with this one. It has a stand and felt like a normal shower head to me! You can also control the heating, which was not the case in our first rental in Prague. This came in handy! Lastly, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, too, which we appreciated. Great place to stay!

very good location & spacious flat
kind hosts but the flat is not very well maintained (for more than half of my stay the boiler and hence heating + warm water didnt work properly; when i moved in the couch was already broken and it wasnt fixed until i moved out)
all in all its an affordable and central place, would get 10/10 if things actually got fixed

Staying for three months at Belix Apartments in Durres, Albania, was a brilliant experience. If I could give it 10 stars I would! The apartments are of an extremely high standard, as is the building, the security, the lift, and the cleanliness. Moreover, the owner and team of staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful, going out of their way to help in every way.

Belix Apartments is situated just minutes from the beautiful beach lined with palm trees and great restaurants and bars. And it is just around the corner from wonderful shop of all kinds that are open until 8pm every night. This includes first-class inexpensive grocery stores, so this makes it super easy to carry shopping back to the apartment. Highly recommended!
