I stayed in this accomodation for over two months, and do not recommend it for long-term stays. It's not suitable for working from home and the facilities aren't adequate for the number of quests the house can accomodate. It's noisy and not very comfortable, mainly because all the spaces are barely furnished and echo badly – you can hear sounds from the kitchen even when you're in the bedroom with the door closed, and that's on a different floor. When other guests were behaving inappropriately (which happened too often while I was there), the landlord told me that it wasn't their responsibility to resolve, and so the living situation was regularly quite uncomfortable to be in. The common spaces, including the bathrooms, were also not also not stocked and maintained well; though a cleaner did come, it was irregular and not always after a guest left. For me this wasn't a positive experience, but I think it would be different if it was a short-term stay. Though the distance times on the listing aren't accurate, there is a nice beach just a bus ride away, and it would be a good place for a holiday.

The management are nice and decent people so I'll try to be as honest as possible here. This can definitely be a very good coliving but as the house in general is great, but mgmt needs to fix some mistakes they have been doing.

They should be honest with the room descriptions (my room had very thin walls so it was hard to sleep at night), some facilities like table tennis table were not available, there was mention of bikes to rent but they didn't exist. The management really should pre-screen the renters as my experience for the past 2 months is that this was more of a hostel rather than co-living, leading to a less than ideal atmosphere.

All in all it was good experience still and the mistakes can be easily fixed so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt :)

The internet in the apartment is 2 Mbit/second download, and 0.8 - 1.4 Mbit/second upload. You should consider this before renting. I have contacted the owner about this matter, but haven't received help at all.

Therefore, the neighbourhood is nice. Huge forest nearby to walk. But I would probably recommend to have a car. The apartment itself is without separate rooms. So you have beds inside of the hall.
Although, the bathroom is huge.

We recently stayed in an apartment in Prague 2 for two months, and overall, it was a good experience with a few notable points.

Location: The apartment is very well located in Prague 2, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in Prague.

Accommodation: The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, although basic. It was indicated that there was an air conditioner, but we had to request one to get it. As for cleanliness, we could borrow a broom and a mop from the basement, as there is not one per apartment. The beds are comfortable, but no more than that (firm mattresses), and the pillows are not very comfortable (too large for the small pillowcases). There are two bars nearby that can be noisy until late at night.

Kitchen: Despite the listing stating that the apartment is suitable for long-term rentals, the kitchen was very basic. For example, the counter is small and too low, there was a small oven and a very small refrigerator (which we found disappointing as we partly rented the apartment for that, with the listing images showing a large fridge). Additionally, basic kitchen accessories were missing (kitchen knife, steak knife, dish towels, dish rack, broom, salad bowl, etc.). What we found regrettable was that the owner had assured us that everything necessary for a long-term stay would be provided, but we had to request several items, and others we simply bought ourselves.

Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unstable, which could be frustrating and made remote work impossible.

Service: The owner was very kind and quickly available via WhatsApp, which was greatly appreciated.

This apartment is in Atlantic gardens beach hotel. This info was not included in the directions we were given, which explicitly pinned a completely different complex further up the road. We spent over an hour searching for the place because of this.

The aparatment is much bigger than how it looks from the pictures and the view is breathtaking, they have really good wi-fi for remote work and good ammenities such as pool, service desk..

However, a lot of things were lacking for long term stays. There were only one set of sheets, kitchen was not very well equiped. The floors were very dirty when we got there, and the couch is filthy, it needs a deep cleaning, so we were avoiding using it. The whole place looks a bit run down, which is not something to complain about but the price for that is not justifiable. For a lower price it would be fine, but with all the flaws it wasnt worth it, especially with so many better options for rent. The neighborhood opposite the ocean is pretty dingy, with trash containers that absolutely reeked of fish leftovers. The place is situated at the bottom of a huge hill, which requires walking up about 5 flights of stairs to go anywhere.

The beach however is really nice and the pool make this offer more appealing. We are planning to come back for a full year, but in a different place.

A fine place, just maybe not for the price.

Amazing location and very cool old building and apartment. Unfortunately those are the only good things we can say. The place is very poorly furnished including stains, cigarette burns, broken furniture, and general poor upkeep. Communication with the landlord was also poor, especially when dealing with these simple to fix issues. The potential for this place is amazing, but it falls short due to these issues. It’s a shame, because we couldn't get enough of the amazing area.

Very nice landlords, loved the communication but the apartment has zero sound isolation from the rest of the house where they live so you can hear everything when someone comes down or back home. Nice bed and kitchen, shower and restroom in general not so much - each time you take a shower the floor gets really wet and if you are 160+ cm shaving and using the mirror is a pain because you need to crouch + it's pretty dark even with all the lights on. Overall for short time rent good place but if you need something for long term you will get the feeling you're living in someones basement/room for a pretty hight price (with service fee I payed over 1300 euro for 31 day). Metro is 15-20 minutes walk, neighbourhood is let's say not the best but ok and even though there is a place you can do laundry nearby, again, it's just a pain to spent time and 10 euro each week additionally considering the price of the studio itself IMO. Owner said the main issue with sound isolation from rest of the house is something they plan to fix but until then it is what it is.

The flat was not entirely clean, the floor had not been swept and also it also requires a thorough scrubbing/washing. Certain areas of the flat have not been maintained (flaky walls, ceiling) and there is not sufficient light (natural - only one window or artificial - bad lighting). It also needs some serious decluttering as it has a lot of unneeded things, e.g. furniture, pots/pans, bags. Instead some basics were missing, e.g. wash-up liquid, bath towel. On the plus side the location is excellent and the flat could be very nice with some TLC, however not recommended at present state.

Apartment was clean and we were given a warm and friendly welcome by the owner. However, they didn't present any paperwork to us on arrival for us to check off per Flatio's recommendation.

We soon found the fibre internet connection was not as described and confirmed with the owner before we moved in, as 30MB/s i.e. 300Mbits speed. It was only 28Mbits down 16Mbits up, useless for our work involving AI and local LLM downloads. We couldn't even play two YT Premium videos simultaneously!

Unexpectedly, the owner was traveling abroad so we contacted MEO internet service provider who told us it was an old legacy service which could easily be upgraded for a few Euros pm with a phone call from owner only.

We messaged the Owner who replied she had had no complaints before and refused to upgrade even though it was only a few Euros to do so. We wasted 2 weeks work time finding an unlimited 5G SIM that worked. FYI there's only one, from NOS, which works at full speed truly unlimited.

Also, loud motorised lifting machinery arrived outside the apartment after a few days in the first week causing a lot of disruptive noise and vibration in the apartment. We reported this and sent a video of the equipment to the owner. She replied the work had not finished in May and it had to be completed sorry. This work continued for most of our stay. Loud workmen held a conference at 8am outside our bedroom most mornings.

Offering this apartment without warning of impending disruptive building work was very inconsiderate of potential tenants. We would not have rented this apartment had we known of either of the above.

Sandra is a great host. She genuinely tries to help and does her best to solve your issues. The apartments are nice and cozy.

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with bedbugs. It was horrible and seriously spoiled our stay. Sandra called pest control several times, but it only provided temporary relief. My wife had bites all over her body and had to use a lot of essential oil to try and repel the bedbugs, but it didn’t help much. We really suffered from the bedbugs and I hope Sandra did a thorough extermination with effective chemicals after we left. We even had to check out one day earlier because of this problem (unfortunately, we couldn’t leave sooner as there were no other available places to stay).

The location is good; however, there are a few drawbacks. First, a lot of drug-addicted homeless people constantly hang out right under the windows, making noise at night, smoking a lot. The worst part is that they urinate under the windows, making it impossible to open them without smelling the odor (no mention of constant smoke). On the other hand, they are mostly harmless as long as you don't interact with them, and there are some incense sticks in the apartments to help with the smell. Besides this, the location is perfect. It’s close to all tourist spots, well connected to other parts of Lisbon, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

One last thing to note: the apartments are located on the second floor, with no elevator, only a narrow and steep stairway. Thanks to Sandra, we were able to lift our big bags; otherwise, I doubt I could have brought them up alone.

In general the apartment is exactly how it looks on the pictures - it's a very small studio (about 20 sqm) but well equipped for its size.

What's not in the pictures is a smell - the apartment is located on a low first floor, right above an open basement.
That's why it is very humid and smelly, especially in a "corridor" near the entrance. No direct sights of mold though.
First days it was really hard to get used to it. Humidifier helped, but not that much.
The second half of my stay when rains finally stopped and the weather improved it became much better.

The Internet is ok. It is stable and enough for having video calls, but is quite slow in general: 15-20 MBit download, under 1 MBit upload (ADSL).
Windows face a small inner garden. Neighbours have tables and chairs there, during sunny days it's nice to sit there.
But during rains it's an extra source of wet, and every evening - insects.

The location is good. Both nearest metro stations are about 10 minutes by walk.
Tram stops are about 5 min and the trams are very convenient in Prague. Run according to a schedule and can get you directly to the center, Malostranka or Vysehrad.
Large mall with hypermarket and ice arena: 10-15 min by walk.
The rest you can see in the photos and judge yourself.

Overall, if not the smell, I would say the apartment is a good value for money - for summer time when it is not that wet.

Beautiful view, instructed to the west (simply bad architecture, unfortunately) so you can’t see the sunset…. It still nice though because you’re oceanfront. But that’s all that’s nice: super uncomfortable beds, rock hard, most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, and they’re two different single mattresses (not quite the same level of discomfort, but both still terrible), and they won’t stay together, they drift apart with hardly any movement, so it’s really bad for partners who like to cuddle or care about being close… not to mention it makes it very difficult to sleep - worst sleeping month I’ve ever had in my life. Must be a super cheap owner, the couch is a cheap old one that’s super uncomfortable and hard to find a decent seating position on. Sparse furniture, no rug, we asked for a rug and the manager was nice enough to bring it back in, but it was so old and disgusting we can see why they took it away. Super basic, just a typical old concrete apartment cube with nothing extra and sparse, old/dated furniture. Could be so nice if the owner wasn’t so cheap and short-sighted. C’est la vie

Tl;dr:
-Fundamentally good value for a large central flat with modern amenities
-Stinks incurably due to damp, full of broken furniture and has very noisy long-term building works nearby

In detail:

A large and central flat, somewhat tainted by a damp problem (strong odour and mild but incurable black mould on walls) and a litany of more minor problems easily curable but for a lazy, contemptuous and incompetent landlady. In her own words, without irony:

-“All of the people renting this place are spoilt.”
-“There is no mould problem - I sprayed it all with bleach the day before you got here! Just put the heating up [in 26degC heat] and use the spray to mask the smell.”
-"...it is not my problem that the building is wet for example or how the canalization is functioning here...sometimes yes, sometimes not."
-[Describing the broken double bed at check-in] “It is fine as long as you don’t move at all.”
-[Regarding all of the kitchenware being filthy on arrival] "Do you expect me to wash the dishes between every tenant?"; "I am making general control of the flat once in a year"

In conclusion, still plenty for your money if you're on a budget. But, if you can find comparable prices elsewhere then steer clear.

So, the apartment is big, it was recently renovated. The location is perfect! WiFi speed was enough for two people for having video calls. It also has Landry room with a dryer.
But, they're also a downsides: don't expect much, as we did, since the apartment is partially a basement. But despite that, the apartment has its own entrance, which is plus!
Keep all of your food in the fridge, I'm not joking, ALL OF YOUR FOOD should be kept Ina fridge. Otherwise it will attract the cockroaches. Don't repeat our mistake, we had to kill tree of them, while we stayed for two week. and they're really big =)
Apartment also has constant smell of humidity. We also had a shortage of the garbage bags.
During two weeks, the cleaning was done only once: towels and sheets were replaced, but garbage wasn't thrown, and kitchen surfaces wasn't wiped.

We don’t normally write reviews, however in this occasion we feel we must.
Upon arrival at the building of the apartment is very dirty and smelly including inside and outside. The walls of the building is very dirty too. When entered the lift was very dirty and smelly
The apartment was dated, but it wouldn’t have mattered so much if it was cleaner. Floors were very dusty; Curtains were very dusty, and the windows looked never been cleaned. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned either. The small balcony was not cleaned and the table and two chairs in the balcony was extremely dirty. The living room seatings are very uncomfortable to sit and relax as it is designed only for sleeping. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
This was a working holiday, so the internet and the speed were very important. Upon arriving NO INTERNET. After speaking with the host, we realised that the cables for the internet was not working, and they sent us new cables. After attaching the cables, we found the internet is very slow. It was 19mg up and down (if you moved to the window) not as 100mg up and down as advertised. So was creating problems for our work.
When we arrived, the weather was cold in the nigh and the morning. We couldn’t get the AC to work. Once again spoke to the host, who told us that he tried to get the AC fixed, however the whole unit need to be replaced. He already knew this, however kept advertised as there is AC. There were no Duvets to keep us warm. It took three days for the duvet and a small heater to be delivered. By that time the weather was improving.
Two cleaners came in and arranged the duvets and gave us a small heater. Also, when leaving one of them has urinated in the BIDET, NOT THE TOILET !!!!!! and left without cleaning after
Ultimate decision was made to cut short our stay when the lift got broken down as well. We were without a lift on the third floor for 5 days and upon leaving the lift was still broken down .. When we informed our early departure and reasons to the host his response was “I AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVINENT, THERE IS NOT MUCH I CAN DO TO CHANGE THAT.
Dear Aura Vilanova, If you cannot change much of the situation then do not advertise what is not there. Due to false advertising, you may entice people but at the same time you ruin their holidays. We are hardworking people and must save our money for holidays.
What we paid for two people was quite expensive and not worth the money. We would whole heatedly WOULD NOT recommend a stay at this apartment.

This apartment is a very good example of PICTURES ARE DECEIVING, AND FALSE ADVERTISING.
