I LOVED this apartment, it felt so homey and like it was my own. It's an older apartment and could use a little upgrade especially in the bathroom, toilet specifically. You had to flush 2-3 times for anything to go down completely.

The location of the apartment is wonderful and very peaceful. the neighborhood is friendly and safe.
If this apartment would have come with an washing machine it would have been the ultimate apartment and I would have rated it a 10 even with it needing the upgrades.

I hope to one day come back and rent this apartment again, I lived there for 3 months and it was the most beautiful experience I have had in a long time. Luz is like living in a beautiful fairytale land!

Neighborhood
Small and quaint, there are rental condos and residential condos surrounding the apartment. Very close walk into town center. Close to Lagos and Burgau. This town is pure beauty and joy.

Major issues with this landlord and property.

- The oven did not work.
- The WiFi only worked in the kitchen and was only fixed over halfway through my stay.
- The drains did not function properly and was only fixed over halfway through my stay.
-The bathroom door handle repeatedly broke off and was only fixed over halfway through my stay.
- Landlord is very aggressive if you complain.

The overall experience caused a lot of stress and upset my end. I’ve received no partial refund to reflect my experience.

We were a little skeptical at first since we haven’t booked with flatio but the experience was overall very good. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. The area is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The place itself is fairly clean and very spacious, although quite old and the bed is not very comfortable.

Very close by to everything but slightly weird as there’s a bunch of abandoned buildings nearby

Really enjoyed this flat, especially the location was ideal! It’s spacious and charming, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a little loud in the night so had to close the windows which helped. The kitchen had a bit of a musty smell but only occasionally. Overall it was a bit dark in the flat, but could tell the hosts had tried to add some nice lighting and lamps.

A very popular area, quite touristy but with lots to do! Can be loud at times, especially in the night when tourists are out partying.

Cute apartment just a few minutes walk from town centre. The kitchen also has everything you need for cooking. Wifi excellent too.

The view is amazing, great location. The flat provides truly oldschool experience with all that vintage decor.
Though i didn't like the bathroom and it's smell (even bought the diffusor), there was mold on the showerhead, and only 1 small heater is definitely not enough for colder days in April.
