My husband and I traveled to Budapest for the first time. We found Erikas apartment to be extremely clean and well located to local transit. We stayed for over a month and enjoyed every minute. It was truly a home away from home. Erika was so responsive and helpful she even recommended her local hair salon to me when I asked. The place was great but what made it truly special was how caring our host was throughout. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Budapest.

If you want a true local experience this is it! There's grocery stores and a local park near by.

Corvin plaza is a local mall near by which is great to stock up the apartment. Semmelweis is the closest train stop. Take tram 2 near the apartment to go to the main tourist sights which is a beautiful scenic 20 minute transit from Erikas place.

A wonderful place located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s not far from the city center, with metro stations and other public transport nearby. Getting to and from the airport is very easy and convenient. The owner is incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-kept, with everything you need for a great stay. Access is easy, the neighbors are very friendly, and there are plenty of shops close by. It truly feels like home!

Ich hatte die Wohnung in Budapest für zwei Monate und war rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – mit hochwertigen Arbeitsutensilien, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Die ausziehbare Couch ist bequem und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Das Bad ist ausreichend groß und bietet genügend Platz. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Ferenc-Platz ist gleich um die Ecke, und zur Weihnachtszeit gibt es dort einen kleinen, aber schönen Weihnachtsmarkt. Zur Donau sind es nur 7–8 Minuten zu Fuß – ab diesem Punkt kann man perfekt joggen und die schöne Aussicht genießen.

In der Nähe befinden sich einige der besten Uni-Cafés rund um die Semmelweis-Universität. Ein hervorragender Asiate und eine gemütliche Weinbar sind in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, und es gab während des gesamten Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Eine tolle Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert!

Neighborhood

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, charmanten Nachbarschaft. Die Straße besteht aus kleineren Gebäuden und ist dank der Einbahnregelung frei von Verkehrslärm. Zudem sorgt der nahegelegene Park für eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre und bietet mehr Natur als an vielen anderen Orten in der Stadt.

Die Nachbarn im Gebäude sind freundlich und ebenfalls sehr ruhig, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Ein DM sowie ein 24/7 Supermarkt sind in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Lage zusätzlich praktisch macht. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in Budapest.
