Had a lovely stay in Budapest thanks to David. Very prompt in his responses, and very helpful and kind. :)
The flat has supermarkets, corner stores and many cafes and restaurants at a walking distance, or very easily accessible by public transport. The flat is very central, less than 5 minutes away from Oktogon.

It's small and cozy, with all amenities you could need for short or longer stays (plates, cutlelry, washing machine, gas-based stovetop and oven, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Area is relatively quiet, as are the neighbours.

Possible cons of the place: There is only one heater, situated in the bedroom, so the kitchen and bathroom can get a bit cold during the winter months. This can be remedied by baking things in the oven, or taking a hotter shower respectively, as it also warms up the room. :)
The apartement also has very little natural sunlight, facing the inner courtyard away from the sun. But there are many lights, lamps and fairy lights to keep the place bright.
Overall very satisfied with the experience, David was a lovely host, and everything was communicated clearly. Would wholeheartedly reccomend. :)

For restaurant: I recommend googling and finding what cuisine you're in the mood for (Hungarian, Japanese, Indian, etc) as there are many all with wonderful reviews nearby. :)

It was a really good experience. The well-equipped flat for a reasonable price. I didn’t have to worry about internet or kitchen utensils. Without any problems with heating, hot water or electricity, which sometimes is an issue in old buildings. A little bit too dark but very cozy.

Neighborhood
Most of the time I really didn’t hear my neighbours. It is both because of the location of the flat within building and the attitude of the neighbours themselves. The district is very calm, I haven’t seen any ‘suspicious’ men in that area, especially because it is not a district full of clubs and bars like the 7th district for example. It’s quiet and still close to metro, 4/6 tram and Nyugati Station.
