Olá,
Sou a Lorena Fernández, gestora deste maravilhoso apartamento junto à Praia de Carcavelos, na Costa de Cascais.
Nasci na Espanha, mais concretamente em Madrid, e vim viver para Portugal há mais de 30 anos para estar perto do Atlântico, onde tomo banho o ano todo.
Apaixona-me a "casa" como espaço de bem-estar, realização e partilha da vida.
Essa paixão levou-me até o mundo da criação de interiores.
Gosto de criar espaços que nos acolhem de forma natural e tranquila, espaços que conectam conceitos e práticas vindas do neurodesign, do design biofílico ou do ecodesign, entre outros.
À procura de uma gestão prática e feliz dos espaços, movidos pela confiança e pela qualidade do trabalho realizado, mas também pelo espírito de equipa, os clientes confiam-me com frequência a gestão das propriedades que foram alvo de intervenção na área de interiores.
De linhas clássicas e intemporais, este T5 localizado junto da estação de comboios de Carcavelos, é um pequeno paraíso na Costa de Cascais.
Foi preparado com detalhe numa mistura de estilos e de histórias, para receber famílias e amigos que apreciam a luz, a brisa do mar, o caminho até a praia, ou as andorinhas a esvoaçar pelo céu ao cair da tarde.
Encontra-se a 25 min de Lisboa, a 20 min de Sintra e a 10 de Cascais.
Como sempre, estou aqui para vos receber e vos ajudar na vossa estadia neste pequeno paraíso e neste bairro genuinamente português.

Lorena is a very kind and helpful host who has supported me many times, even with the smallest things. She made me feel welcome in the home from the very beginning. Whenever needed, we worked together as a united team. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, located in a central and charming area of the city, with pleasant neighbors. These six months have been an absolutely positive experience!
Neighborhood
Even though it is located in the center of Aveiro, the apartment is in a quiet area. Many cafés and venues are nearby, reachable in less than a five-minute walk along the canals, yet no noise reaches the house. The area has little traffic. Close to the apartment, there are many small supermarkets with everything you might need, and for larger grocery shopping, the nearest bigger supermarkets are about a fifteen-minute walk away. The historic center is very charming, with many shops selling typical and handmade products, and the Forum of Aveiro, a shopping center integrated into the city, offers a wide variety of useful stores.
Recommended places nearby
I would definitely recommend the beautiful canals of Aveiro, which you can explore by boat and which give this “Portuguese Venice” its unique charm. The historic city center is very fascinating, and the Museum of Santa Joana is also worth a visit. Aveiro has many well-maintained and safe parks. It is also very well connected along the coast, making it easy to reach places I highly recommend: from the station you can travel to Porto, Lisbon, Faro, and there is even a direct train to Spain. There is also a bus service that takes you to the stunning beaches of Costa Nova. From a naturalistic point of view, it is truly fascinating and I fell in love with it: during the winter period (from October to April), I was able to admire flamingos in the lagoon, which can also be seen during a long walk around the city of Aveiro, near the University. The lagoon and its salt pans are a captivating sight. When you’re out exploring, look up, you might spot swallow and stork nests where you least expect them.

We had such a lovely time in the property. Lorena was a wonderful host, very attentive and very quick to support with our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is beautifully organised, with everything we needed for our landing and first months in Lisbon. Bedding, kitchenware, fans, universal plug adaptors, plants... all there ready for us. It is also very tastefully done. The apartment is around a 10 min walk from train stations and the beach, so superbly located. Everything about this experience was positive and straightforward and, as I say, Lorena was a very thoughtful, caring and responsive host. Highly recommended!

On a street with restaurants and a small grocery store. Playground just across the road. 5-10 mins walk to a bigger supermarket. Station and beach 10 mins walk away.

Calm and safe, near train station, shops, market, a few minutes from the beach of Carcavelos.
