StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Vedran, and together with my family I take great pride in offering clean, comfortable, and well-maintained homes where guests can truly feel at home.
For me, hosting is much more than simply providing accommodation. I believe that great hospitality comes from attention to detail, honest communication, and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they book until the day they leave.
Whether you're travelling for work, studying abroad, relocating, or simply enjoying a holiday, my goal is to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I personally care about every property and continuously invest in keeping each one in excellent condition.
You can expect:
Fast and friendly communication.
A clean and fully prepared home upon arrival.
Honest descriptions with no surprises.
Local recommendations whenever you need them.
A reliable host who is always available to help.
I host homes in Croatia and Portugal and enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world. Many of my guests return because they appreciate the comfort, transparency, and personal approach that I strive to provide.
Thank you for considering one of my homes. I look forward to hosting you and hope you'll have a wonderful stay.
