My stay at Katka’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment is even more beautiful and perfect than it looks in the photos; it is well-maintained and cared for, making you feel right at home. It is also ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood, with shops and public transport close by.

Communication with Katka prior to our arrival was excellent; it was seamless, and she kindly answered any questions we had.

This level of communication continued throughout the days leading up to our arrival and afterwards.

I can certainly say that Katka is a fantastic host—someone you can fully trust, and who ensures you feel well-cared-for and comfortable.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is completely safe, with a mix of families and people of all ages. There are nearby parks and various shops on a main street just two blocks away, meaning the apartment is in a quiet area yet very close to amenities and public transport.

The only downside is that the street lighting at night is quite poor; seeing people around might be a little unsettling, but it doesn't feel unsafe.

We had such a lovely stay! Katka was helpful and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. We felt really comfortable and had a great time. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

We were here for a month and the apartment had everything we needed. Katka was a wonderful and responsive host and we thank her for making our stay really wonderful. The location is great- close to great parks, public transport was within 10 mins (both S and U) , many different restaurants and cafes and lots of choice for groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Katka is an amazing host. Communication with her was always easy and productive, and everything was resolved quickly.
I really enjoyed the apartment. It is spacious, has a comfortable working setup, fast internet, and a beautiful view on a little park. The location is very convenient, with several metro lines nearby and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and stores around.
As someone who runs, I especially appreciated being so close to Tempelhof. It is a perfect open space for jogging.
I highly recommend this apartment.
