Hello! Thanks for looking at our apartment in Valencia - we'll be happy to answer any questions you might have!
We (me and my Valencian husband, Guille) bought this beautiful apartment at the beginning of 2024 so that we could escape the greyest days in Berlin! We've lived in Germany for nearly 10 years but wanted to buy somewhere in Guille's home city so that we had somewhere to enjoy when we visit. We both work remotely and the apartment is perfect for it - my personal favourite is working from the balcony with a coffee!

This place is so clean and spacious for 4 of us.

Neighborhood
Close to Rusafa and quite for family place. Lots of restaurant and grocery store within 10 minutes on foot.
