New and nice apt. But the apt. Face to the street and it's very noisy till very late night becaus of the resturant across the street. There is no cleaning product and broome in the apt.

As good as it gets! As a digital nomad I stayed in over 35 flats around the world, and this is one of the best.
The location is perfect with supermarkets, hub metro station, city market, gym, bus stops, laundromats all within 200m. Also dozens and dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.
The flat is beautiful, the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped enough to cook mid-week meals.
The internet was reliable and fast to work and have meetings.
The flat is also super quiet and got direct sunlight many hours of the day.
The host Francisco was super responsive and accomodating.
Overall, 10/10. Can't go wrong staying here for longer periods of time.

I stayed in this studio apartment for almost three weeks and I can only speak very well of it.
The location is excellent: despite being right in the city center, the facing street is quiet and safe;
The apartment is brand new and the kitchen is stocked with utensils for self-catering. The dishwasher presence is definite a plus. Strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.
The cooperation with Francisco, the owner, was excellent : always available and flexible with any questions or concerns.
Yes, I would definitely return to this place on my next trip to Porto.
