A wonderful, bright apartment with a truly cozy, home-like atmosphere and a stylish,modern interior. From the very first moment, everything was perfectly prepared for living. It felt as if I had already lived there for a long time. From clean bed linen and towels to tea, laundry capsules, and even hand cream, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host provided all the necessary information in advance, including clear instructions for the household appliances as well as recommendations on places to visit in Prague. She was always happy to help, responded quickly to messages, and made the stay especially comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for a longer period while working in Prague, and therefore truly appreciated the high level of comfort. The apartment is very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and a calm atmosphere. The neighbours are friendly and respectful, which makes the living experience even more pleasant. Thanks to the air conditioning system, the apartment offers a pleasant indoor climate both during hot summer days and cold winter weather. In summer, the window overlooking the garden adds a special charm to the space. The location is very convenient: public transport is just a minute away, the city center is easy and quick to reach, and if you have time, you can enjoy a lovely walk to the center along the promenade. There are also small shops and cozy cafés nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will be happy to return to my “Prague home” whenever I visit this beautiful city again.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is calm, picturesque, and truly special. You are still close to the city center, yet already surrounded by a sense of peace, nature, and relaxation. There is a beautiful promenade nearby, perfect for walks in any season. Tram rides to and from the city center in the morning or evening are accompanied by almost fairytale-like views, creating a magical atmosphere. Within walking distance, there is a swimming pool, cozy cafes, and a marina with yachts, making the area especially attractive for both everyday living and leisure.

Close to the apartment, there are places I truly loved: Vyšehrad, a peaceful and atmospheric spot with beautiful city views; the Botanical Garden of Charles University, a green oasis for rest and inspiration; and the Náplavka riverside market, a lively riverside area with local food, music, and a unique atmosphere. All just a short walk or ride away.

I had stayed in this lovely place for two weeks. It is perfect for 1-2 people and well-furnished as well. The market was in 7min on foot and the tram, bus station is right in front of the flat, which was quite handy. The amenities had been given were useful. The owners were very kind, generous and caring. They cared for my comfort by asking if i need anything. I'm glad that I chose this place while I was staying in prague.

Neighborhood
There is a few supermarket nearby, very close to the stations, next to the river. Also there is a few restaurants you can dine in. It takes 20-30 min to go to the old town square and other places in city centre.

There is a small shop selling knitting/crocheting tools and yarns, the lady was very kind there❤️ also, there is a park-ish, mountain-ish Hill which has a observatory.

Kamila is a wonderful host, warm, welcoming, helpful. She prepared the house with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies and the flat is looking very well, freshly renovated. I had a very nice stay there. I highly recommend it. Also, the area is wonderful, close to Vlatva river, you have nature places where to go for a walk, for jogging etc Also the building is facing on the left a beautiful rock mountain area where there is also a park. Good access to tram and bus, the stations are just in front of the building. So, big thumbs up :)
