The studio flat is much better than on the pics.
The location is formidable; you can walk literally to anywhere from the flat.
Just 10 minutes' walk to Sao Bento Station
In 15-20 minutes you could get to Buona Vista
You can algo enjoy a lovely stroll/promenade by the river side to Matosinhos
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a lovely, picturesque, traditional and charming fishermen place. With many terraces and restaurant serving excellent food. On the same block of the flat there's a folkloric portuguese bar.

Great location and fully equipped for a 1-2 month stay. However, the apartment is quite dark inside since both windows face a side street, so I often worked from cafés or coworking spaces instead.
