The apartment is in a very quiet and safe part of town, and it is large and very comfortable. Most material is present to make cleaning easier (vacuum, dishwasher, ironing board). The host has been very gracious and helpful both in dealing with the house itself and in guiding me through the months I spent living in Zadar. Highly recommanded.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is very safe, even at night. It lies 10 minutes on foot from the historical city center and has enough greenery to feel pleasant. Most shops and stores are within walking distance.

There is a Studenac market near the building to buy groceries for cheap and the post office is very close.
