Hello, I’m Diogo Domingues, 36, co-founder and managing partner at BUUKA, a real estate and property management company operating in Lisbon.

We currently manage around 50 apartments under short-term rental (Airbnb) and work directly with both national and international investors. Our focus is to provide end-to-end solutions, from property acquisition and legal processes to renovation, interior design, marketing, dynamic pricing, and full operational management.
