The team were brilliant from the moment we booked. They messaged a few days before arrival with directions, a check-in time and an offer to arrange our van from El Nido town, which saved us a lot of hassle. When we got in late after a delayed flight, someone was waiting at the gate with a torch and cold water, and they walked us to the villa and showed us how everything worked. Any time we messaged on WhatsApp we got a reply within minutes, even in the evening. On our second night the power went out across the area, and they came straight over, explained what was happening and checked on us again once it was back. They also booked our island hopping tour and a tricycle into town, and gave us honest tips on which beaches to visit early to avoid the crowds. The villa was spotless every day, and they always asked whether it was a good time to clean rather than just turning up. They were friendly without ever being intrusive. We felt properly looked after and would book again without a second thought.
The Bamboo Jungle Villa team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The villa itself is a relaxing, calm, and quiet place, perfect for unwinding and escaping the busy city life. We truly appreciated the team's warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere that made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Wake up to the rustle of bamboo leaves and the rhythmic lull of the sea. Step onto your veranda and take in panoramic views so stunning, they almost don’t feel real. All core materials: kawayan (bayog bamboo), nipa, and tinik were sourced within 50 miles of the property, much of it harvested locally. We’ve proudly partnered with local architects and artisans ensuring every detail reflects Palawan’s cultural heritage and natural abundance.
