My name is Alexander, and I have been renting out properties for more than 10 years. My wife, Birgit, supports me in managing the apartment, so you may occasionally be in contact with her as well.

I personally designed and furnished this flat with great care and attention to detail. I live only 15 minutes away by car, so if you have any questions or need assistance, I am always easily reachable.

I am 55 years old and hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science. I currently work as a freelance software developer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to respond quickly whenever guests need support.
