Janos is an amazing host, he provided me with everything I needed for a nice, comfortable stay. 10/10 would definitely come back here again.
Neighborhood
It is truly as close to everything as you can want as its next to Deak Ter so getting around via bus or tram or subway is a 2 minute walk from the flat. The neighborhood is in the cute old part of Budapest so its also quite touristy. Its above rhe ground floor so I was never bothered by any noise beneath me.

The place is excellent and has everything you might need. It is very well maintained and comfortable. Additionally, it is easy to reach all the main attractions and areas of Budapest, either by walking or by using the nearby metro.
János is a fantastic host, responsive, helpful, and genuinely concerned about his guests' well-being. He was always available to assist whenever needed and made sure everything was in place for a pleasant stay.
