Hello, I'm Constantinos.

I live in Greece and have spent most of my professional life leading international teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Throughout my travels, I had the opportunity to stay in many different places and gradually developed a clear understanding of what makes a stay truly memorable.
Astraea was created from that experience.
Rather than building just another holiday villa, my goal was to create a place where comfort, privacy, functionality, and a sense of calm exist in balance. Whether you are visiting Karystos to relax, work remotely, or simply slow down for a while, every detail has been designed with care and attention.
As a frequent traveler myself, I understand the importance of comfortable workspaces, well-equipped living areas, and responsive communication. At the same time, I believe that the best stays are those that leave room for quiet moments, meaningful experiences, and lasting memories.
