My name is Luís. This building has belonged to my family since my great-grandfather's time — generations lived here, in the heart of Setúbal's old town. I decided to renovate it from the ground up and turn it into a comfortable place for people who want to live in the city for a while.
I took care of every detail and tried to bring together all the little comforts I look for myself when I travel — the ones that make a difference and aren't always there.
This is my first apartment for rent, so I'll be especially present and attentive to make sure everything goes smoothly. Whatever you need during your stay, I'll get back to you quickly. I'm fluent in Portuguese and English.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is lovely, super well-equipped, and in a great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere.
Even on very hot days, the air conditioning kept the place perfectly comfortable, and the windows do a great job of blocking out street noise. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail, from the automated blinds and Alexa to practical items like the iron, vacuum, and hairdryer. It was also spotless when we arrived and very easy to keep clean during our stay.
Luis was a fantastic host, always kind, responsive, and ready to help. We are so grateful for his hospitality and how well he took care of us. We highly recommend both Luis and his place!

It’s located right in the heart of historic Setúbal, which means you can easily walk to a huge variety of local shops, squares/parks, museums, and great restaurants. Plus, you’re just a short stroll away from the waterfront!

If you like Indian or Thai food, there are some fantastic options nearby. But if you want to try the local specialty, Setúbal's famous choco frito (fried cuttlefish), there are countless renowned restaurants just a short walk away.
