StayProtection
StayProtection for Guests is a Flatio coverage that applies to you at all times. It was designed to protect you, your money, and your peace of mind. StayProtection also includes an exclusive Move-in Guarantee, ensuring you'll have a place to stay even if things don't go as planned.
StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.
Welcome Home
"Varna Mood" Vibes
"Every home has a soul. Ours — shares it with you."
Dear guests,
Welcome to my cozy corner, the home of my childhood. Renovated and polished to the last detail, this is a place where I put not just diligence, time, and effort, but heart, dreams, and warmth.
This apartment is a way of telling you: "Breathe in Varna and feel the atmosphere of home." Enjoy its silence, the morning light, the evening coziness, the song of the seagulls, and the atmosphere of seaside Varna. May every moment here be calm, beautiful, and inspiring for you.
I would be grateful if you treat it with respect — as a home that someone has entrusted to you with love and trust.
Thank you for being here. You are part of our story.
With respect,
Milena
