Ahoj,
jmenuji se Andrea, je mi 41 let a pracuji v softwarové společnosti. Bydlím ve Vršovicích, jen kousek od bytu, který nabízím k pronájmu. Díky tomu jsem nájemníkům snadno dostupná a ráda pomohu s čímkoliv, co bude během bydlení potřeba. Mluvím také anglicky, takže komunikace v češtině i angličtině není žádný problém.
Byt aktuálně prochází renovací a oproti fotografiím, které jsou nyní k dispozici, bude vybaven novým nábytkem. Součástí vybavení bude také velká manželská postel a pohodlný pracovní stůl se židlí, takže je byt ideální nejen pro pohodlné bydlení, ale i pro práci z domova.
Samotný dům nabízí několik příjemných benefitů. Přímo v budově se nachází obchod s potravinami, k dispozici je také soukromá posilovna (za poplatek) a klidný, udržovaný vnitroblok, který poskytuje příjemné místo k odpočinku mimo ruch velkoměsta.
Záleží mi na tom, aby se moji nájemníci cítili v bytě příjemně a opravdu jako doma. Budu se těšit na vaše zprávy a věřím, že se vám zde bude krásně bydlet. 😊

The apartment is currently being renovated and will be furnished with new furniture, which is not yet reflected in the photos available at the moment. It will also feature a large double bed and a comfortable desk with a chair, making it an ideal place not only for comfortable living but also for working from home.
The building itself offers several convenient amenities. There is a grocery store located directly in the building, a private gym available for residents (for an additional fee), and a well-maintained, quiet courtyard where you can relax and unwind away from the city's hustle and bustle.
It is important to me that my tenants feel comfortable and truly at home in the apartment. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you will enjoy living here as much as I enjoy being your host. 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was cozy, very clean, and exactly as described, with a beautiful view of the football stadium. Andrea was a great host – very communicative, quick to respond, and always helpful with recommendations and tips for the neighborhood. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Prague.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is one of the nicest parts of Prague to stay in. Vršovice has a relaxed, local atmosphere while still being very close to the city center. The beautiful Grébovka (Havlíčkovy Sady) park is just a short walk away and is perfect for a walk, a run, or a glass of wine at the historic vineyard. Nearby Krymská Street and the surrounding area offer plenty of great cafés, bars, restaurants, and small local businesses, making it one of Prague’s liveliest neighborhoods. There are also excellent public transport connections, so you can reach the city center within minutes. It’s a great area for anyone who wants to experience Prague beyond the main tourist spots while still having everything close by.
Recommended places nearby
I would definitely recommend exploring the neighborhood itself. Grébovka (Havlíčkovy Sady) is a beautiful park with its own vineyard and lovely views, perfect for a walk or a relaxing afternoon. Krymská Street and the surrounding streets are great for cafés, bars and restaurants. For food, I would recommend Mistro and Jam and Co., as well as the more casual local bistros Tvoje máma and Ave Mama. The area has a great local atmosphere and plenty of places worth discovering on foot. If you have more time, Vinohrady are also just a short walk away, with many more cafés, restaurants and bars.
