The highlight of our stay was definitely the river view. The city lights and the night view of the rivers were especially beautiful after dark. The apartment was comfortable and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location also made it easy to get around the city and visit the main attractions. A lovely choice if you enjoy city views and beautiful nights.
Neighborhood
The apartment is right by the river, with a riverside walkway that is perfect for a morning walk or run, or simply enjoying the evening breeze and city lights. It is also very close to Chongqing IFS, so restaurants, shopping and cafés are all within easy reach. We really liked the combination of modern city convenience and the relaxed atmosphere of being by the river. One thing to keep in mind is that Chongqing is a very hilly city, so some routes include slopes and steps. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Recommended places nearby
If it is your first time in Chongqing, I would recommend visiting Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Chaotianmen and Raffles City. For the best evening atmosphere, take a walk along the river and enjoy Chongqing’s incredible city lights. Guanyinqiao is also worth visiting, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. If you have some extra time, taking the metro around the city is a great way to experience Chongqing and see how different parts of the city connect.
