The flat is located in a very noisy street, the sound from trams & occasional parties next door is very annoying. The room itself is nice and spatious, but the equipment is quite basic and the bed didn’t seem very clean. The flat is extremely hot in the summer and it can be very cold in the winter, the heating only works at certain hours. The ceiling is very high and it makes it hard to maintain normal temperature, which is possible only at high electricity cost. The shared bathroom and kichen are nice.

Bezproblémová a rychlá komunikace s majitelem, bydlení bylo v pořádku, krásný nový byt, jediné co, tak o víkendech je trochu slyšet hluk z ulice a baru.
