Studio igual a las fotografías que vimos confortable en todo su ámbito . El anfitrión estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudar antes y durante el periodo de alquiler. Servicio y plataforma muy recomendable.

Neighborhood
Si tomas bus 507 o 601 pasas por una escalera que siempre hay personas en situación de calle. No es muy agradable pero tampoco me generó un problema.

Recommended places nearby
Sin duda nos ayudó mucho tener variedad de supermercados muy cercanos al alojamiento. Y variedad de transporte.

The room was clean upon arrival and throughout my stay with the weekly cleaning. I was easily able to contact a building manager if I had any issues. Wifi was reliable with only a few issues.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood feels like a suburb of Porto, meaning that it felt like a lot of families living around the area. While there were grocery stores around, there were not a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, or bars in the immediate area, so I often traveled into the center of the city or to Foz when looking to eat dinner out or when grabbing a drink with friends.

New apartments. It's very clean, safe. Good mattresses, comfortable to sleep on. All amenities for life is there, not far away stores. Very cool place

Muy bien todo con la estancia, Carla resolvió todas nuestras dudas con rapidez y de forma correcta. El estudio cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios y el edificio tienen un WhatsApp por el que se puede agendar la limpieza semanal. Todo el edificio muy limpio y nuevo, con seguridad a la entrada y en la planta -1 hay para poner la lavadora y secadora. Muy agradable la estancia, la recomiendo al 100% (nos dieron una habitación diferente a la de las fotos pero igual de bonita y con terraza)

Neighborhood
Para coger la guagua está muy bien a solo 4-6 min del edificio caminando, en cambio para coger el metro está a 15 min caminando y hay que pasar por debajo de un puente donde se pone gente extraña que incomoda.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like in the pictures, very modern and beautiful. The host communicated through WhatsApp and the responses were timely and helpful. On the first floor there is a cafe where you can always get a nice lunch or dinner and pastries. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again!

I have not encountered any issues with the apartment. The landlord provided a complimentary cleaning service and was very communicative. I highly recommend them!
