Celkově pokoj byl pěkný, čistý a nový, kdyby normálně fungovala klimatizace a výtah, a nebylo by tak rušno přes noc, tak hodnotila bych ubytování na 9.

The pros:
The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable (not the pillows, but that is just a personal preference), the water has good pressure in the shower.
Also the host is nice and responsive.
The cons:
The apartment is in the top of the building and in summertime it can be quite hot there. AC is provided, unfortunately the one I got was not working, but the host find me a small fan which was good enough.
The neighborhood is quite busy and noisy, even at night time, I needed to buy some earplugs.

Is near at foot distance from all the touristic places, for everything else, the tram is literally at the door of the building

Everything was good!
Michaela is a very good landlord and helped us very quickly with all our questions/issues.
The flat is modern and cozy, with a great location. I totally recommend it!
