Nice 2 bedroom apartment in a residential area just off the main drag in Funchal. Walkable to so much we didn’t even rent a ride. Landlord responded immediately to any issue about our stay. The property was as described. Would stay here again.

Just off the main drag this is a building that is for the locals. The neighbors we met were cordial.

So many, many good restaurants in walking distance. Two Pingo Doce’s to choose from. Several nice gardens to enjoy nearby as well.

Prime area of Funchal. Very close to town, yet not as busy.

The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. It is very suitable for guests who live for a long time. The apartment is well maintained.。The landlord is very helpful, thank Abel very much for his help to us. I will book this apartment next time。

The location of the apartment is very good. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. You could swim in the sea, or have a lazy afternoon in the beach. There are several supermarkets and a bakery within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the airport or to downtown Funchal. The bus no 155 could to Canico, Garajau and Funchal. The busstop is just outside the apartment. You could check the timetable in the Google Map.

Great apartment with the most amazing view you could ask for. Sunsets here are beautiful and you can enjoy them on the balcony.

The location is really good and it's a very nice walk into town (or in the other direction to the Forum shopping centre).

The flat is really well furnished with a lot of storage if you're staying long term. The kitchen has everything you need.

The team are very helpful and always answering any queries quickly. We needed some extra glasses and they went and bought them straight away. They also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and activities which we really appreciated.

The veiw from the terrace is nice but the house need a little update in kitchen and bathrooms

It is farm area with bana platation. We like it but you need a car to get around.

Take a short walk to the Parque de Santa Catarina for nice views of the harbour, cruise ships, and a playground for the little ones.

Abel Lucas was the epitome of a great landlord. I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely book with his company again.

We loved out time at this apartment and the service from the landlords was excellent. Everything was lovely and anything we required provided. They even printed out documents for us. We used the apartment for remote work and holiday and for us it was perfect. Within walking distance of Funchal approax half an hours walk or 40 minutes stroll but the bus stop is only a couple of minutes away and takes less than 10 minutes too. Try the Tiles Restaurant - superb food.

Touristy but local shops too.Lots of classy accomodation and great restauraamts and bars. Good supermarkets that are brilliant for self caterers.

Tiles Restaurant - Also great little bar when you walk along to the left a few hundred yards cant remember the name but stocked full of every kind of drink you can think of. Also serve tea and coffee too. Noodle bar opposite the Savoy as you are getting close to Funchal. The lunch buffet was superb. Natural History Museum. Small ut intersting. The Story House museum was brilliant for a cool or rainy day

Everything was good and met our expectations. Owner was really nice and always helpful with all things which pop up during our stay. One little minus is that bedroom is on the same site as street and it's a little bit loudy during the night
