Our four-month stay in Jan’s beautiful apartment was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation has everything needed to live comfortably (high-speed internet connection for work remotely without a problem) and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent public transport connections, including tram and metro. There are supermarkets nearby and plenty of parks and natural areas, which were perfect for enjoying time outdoors with our baby.
Despite the harsh winter, the apartment was always warm and maintained a very comfortable temperature. Whenever we needed anything, Jan and his family were always kind, helpful, and supportive. We are truly grateful to Jan and his family for their hospitality and care during our stay.
We will genuinely miss our life in Prague and the time we spent in this apartment, which really felt like home. We leave with wonderful memories and a lot of gratitude. Thank you.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, surrounded by nature, and very pleasant to live in. It is only a five-minute walk to the tram stop, with easy access to the city. Within a few streets, there are a school, a public swimming pool, and local shops, making the area very convenient while still feeling calm and green.

The pizza at Labonetta Kobylisy is absolutely amazing — it truly feels like being in Italy. For Chinese food, the family-run Asia Restaurant offers delicious dishes at very affordable prices. We also highly recommend Sirius Computers, where the staff helped us a lot with parcel services, computer issues, and printing. They are very professional and speak English, which made everything much easier for us. At the top of the hill, there is also a lovely park with a fantastic wooden playground, perfect for children.

Jan is an excellent host, friendly, understanding and always ready to help. The flat is very cosy and has a special Czech atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I stayed here during my Erasmus in Prague and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The landlord was always kind, respectful, and responsive to anything I needed. In reality this apartment is a lot better than in the photos. The landlord is great. The location is amazing, in a quiet area, the nearest tram stop is in 5 mins walk. We stayed for a month, and loved the place.

Bezchybná komunikace, na všem se dalo domluvit. Klidná lokalita, zastávka tramvaje 2 minuty od bytu, stanice metra C 10 minut od bytu.

Vše bylo s panem Trhlíkem výborné. Bezproblémová a milá komunikace, vyšel nám se vším vstříc. Se samotným bytem jsme byli také velmi spokojeni.

Розмовляє Англійською та Чеською. Дуже вічливий, завжди напише, передзвоне, попередить. Охайне житло, чисте, тихе. Поруч є геть усе для існування. Тепло. Батько Яна живе на першому поверсі. Знає трохи Російську. Можу рекомендувати та надати тільки позитивний фідбек.

Поруч живе сімʼя з України. Не дуже говіркі. З іншої сторони будівлі сусідського будинку немає

This place feels like home.
I was happy to live in this apartment for a month and I feel a bit sorry to leave.

The place is spacious and cozy in every corner. It is built and furnished to live (not to rent to tenants), so it is finished and equipped in a good quality way. The floor is in woods and most of the furniture too. There are several types of coffeemakers and vacuum cleaners, enough bathroom accessories and linen, to say nothing of pots and tableware. All you need to take with is your pyjama or personal belongings.

The apartment is clean, warm and fresh. Hosts are super nice and helpful to solve upcoming issues.
The district is quiet, so I enjoyed birds and squirrels during day.

To make it shorter, this flat is a quiet cozy place to stay and enjoy.
