A home with a story. 110 sqm on the fourth floor with elevator, in the heart of Porta Venezia, Milan's most cosmopolitan neighbourhood.

The antique furniture has belonged to my family for generations, the books on the shelves have been read and studied, the prints and paintings on the walls chosen one by one over time. Red resin floors in the bedrooms and kitchen, herringbone parquet in the living room and hallway. A space with a precise character and identity.

Via Lecco 6, Porta Venezia. Metro M1 Porta Venezia 5 minutes away, Metro M3 Repubblica 8 minutes away. Indro Montanelli gardens a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

THE HOME

THE LIVING ROOM
Bright and spacious, with original herringbone parquet. An inlaid walnut chest of drawers, an eighteenth-century secretaire, a Biedermeier sofa, armchairs from the 1960s. A floor-to-ceiling bookshelf full of books, original artwork on the walls. Dining table for six with designer lamps. The heart of the apartment, ideal for relaxing, for a dinner with friends or for studying and working in a beautiful and quiet environment.

THE KITCHEN
Large and fully equipped. Gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Table with four chairs. A kitchen designed for those who actually want to cook. Perfect for starting the day with a hearty breakfast or for an informal lunch at home.

THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has an electric blue accent wall, contemporary art prints, natural light and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, an antique walnut desk for working in peace, a bookshelf and built-in wardrobes. Both with red floor and air conditioning.

THE BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms with shower, backlit mirror and bidet. The bedroom bathroom is accessible from the landing in front of the rooms. The second bathroom includes a washing machine.

THE HALLWAY
Long, with herringbone parquet and a Persian rug. It reveals the size of the apartment from the moment you enter.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
