We are renting fully equipped apartment, which was newly redecorated in 2024.
It is located in a quiet environment.
The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the beach, promenade, grocery shops, fish market, cafe bars, bus station....
It is situated in Kaštel Stari, 19 km from Split city center and 9 km from Trogir old town.
You can expect;
Fast Internet conection, modern furnishing, 3 bedrooms, one with king size bed ( 160*200), another king size bed (160*200) and one bed (90*200) and third room with two separated bed (90*200) each.
It has 2 bathrooms with walk in showers and toilets, one has sauna for 2 persons and in another is washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), coffee maker, double wing refrigator with ice maker, microwave, electric stove, water kettle and long table for eating with the chairs and bench.
From the spacious living room there is access to the terrace where there is a swimming pool with deckchairs.
Around the house there is a garden with the following facilities ; billiards, table tennis, table football, exercise equipment, slide, swing and trampoline.
The apartment include 2 free parking places.

Ispred kuće se nalaze dva besplatna parking mjesta za naše goste koji uzmu apartman u najam. Bazen je samo za njih na korištenje,ne dijeli se ni sa kim. Sauna također.
In front of the house there are two free parking spaces for our guests who rent the apartment. The pool is for their use only and is not shared with anyone. The sauna as well.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
