LOFTY 101 is a spacious 75 m² open-plan studio loft designed for comfortable extended stays. Fully equipped for one person or a couple—and able to accommodate a baby upon request*—it features a clearly defined sleeping area with a European queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), a comfortable living area, a large, fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a generous dedicated workspace for working or studying.
The loft has two separate bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and one guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. It also includes a closet and a separate storage room with space for luggage, boxes or bicycles.
Its most distinctive feature is the patio, which opens onto the loft to create an integrated second living area, with a dining table for four, tropical plants and a stone wall that brings warmth and a connection to nature. Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
