The front door is accessed via a private gated courtyard, where two flights of stairs lead to the apartment which is situated above Juniper, one of Arundel’s favourite cafe/coffee shops. This delightful flat echos the past history of the quaint town, glimpsing a view of magnificent castle from the bedroom window.

KITCHEN AREA:
With sufficient day to day dishes and cookware for all guests needs. You'll find complimentary tea, sugar and instant coffee or a supply of Nespresso ‘original pods’ if you use the coffee machine plus, simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil and herbs. If you’re using the washing machine, there's a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener, pegs, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & washing machine.
DINING AREA:
The dining table fit comfortably within the kitchen and seats 4 people easily. It's perfect for a sit-down meal in the evening or a quick breakfast to start your day.

There are two easy chairs and a coffee table, providing additional seating one end of the kitchen/dining area, in what is a surprisingly spacious 'hub’ of this apartment.

Parking outside the property is limited to 1 hour free between 8.30-17.30 but free outside of these times. But if you drive a few hundred yards, along Tarrant Street you will find plenty of on-street spaces available on a first come, first serve basis.
Many of the roads and turnings offer free parking, but you may have to drive around to find a space in busier times of the year.
There is paid carpark 200mts away.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
