Apartmanunk Budapesttől az M7-esen haladva 30 perc alatt megközelíthető, amennyiben a harmadik kijáraton hagyja el az autópályát, jó kiindulási pont lehet akár egy nyaraláshoz vagy üzleti úthoz. A lakás a város szélén egy új lakónegyedben Harmatosvölgyben található.
Könnyen megközelíthető bármely irányból, az Auchan áruháztól csak pár percre van autóval. A szálláshely másfél szobás, nappali konyhás, hálószobás. 2019-ben épült az ingatlan és a lakás 2020 januárjában lett kész. Úgy alakítottuk ki, hogy aki náluk száll meg komfortosan érezhesse magát, mintha otthon lenne. Csendes fürdőszoba zuhannyal, törülközővel, folyékony szappannal, hajszárítóval és okos mosógéppel ellátva, ha hosszabb időre tervezi a megszállást nálunk. Sok mindennel felszerelt konyhánkban (Tschibo kávéfőző, vízforraló, tűzhely, sütő, kenyérpirító stb) bekészített kávékapszula és tea várja.
A hálórészben klíma, Tv és egy boxspring ágy teszi még kényelmesebbé itt-tartózkodásukat. A mai korban elengedhetetlen korlátlan wifi-vel és sok csatornás előfizetéssel rendelkezik. A nappaliban étkezősarok, klíma, Tv és kényelmes kanapé fogadja. Nyáron a 13 nm-es teraszon élvezheti a napsütést a reggeli kávé elfogyasztása közben.
Székesfehérvár is the city of kings, the capital of Fejér county, a dynamically developing city. It offers countless cultural, social and children's programmes. Our apartment can be reached in 30 minutes from Budapest on the M7 motorway, and if you leave the motorway at the third exit, it is a good starting point for a holiday or business trip. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a new residential area in Harmatosvölgy.
It is easily accessible from any direction, with Auchan supermarket just a few minutes drive away. The property is one and a half bedroom, living room with kitchen and bedroom. The property was built in 2019 and the apartment was completed in January 2020. It is designed to make anyone staying there feel comfortable and at home. Quiet bathrooms with showers, towels, liquid soap, hairdryers and smart washing machines are provided if you plan to stay with us for a longer period. Our kitchen is equipped with lots of facilities (Tschibo coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, toaster, etc.) and is ready with coffee capsules and tea.
In the bedroom you will find air conditioning, TV and a box spring bed to make your stay even more comfortable. Unlimited WiFi and a multi-channel subscription are essential in this day and age. The living room has a dining area, air conditioning, TV and a comfortable sofa bed. In summer, you can enjoy the sunshine on the 13 sqm terrace while having your morning coffee.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
