Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.
Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Chaves is really good place for visiting
Our family, along with our grandmother and three kids, had the pleasure of staying in Chaves for a month. The apartment exceeded our expectations, offering a well-designed living space with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds. Everything was well thought of. Despite its peaceful location, the apartment was conveniently located near the city center, with parking on nearby streets. We spent many afternoons in the yard, enjoying quality family time while the children played ball. The abundance of coffee shops and restaurants in the area made dining out a breeze, and the stunning city center was just a stone's throw away. Major supermarkets are walking distance. Even the cinema was a mere three-minute walk! Chaves is a great base for many trips in north of Portugal and Spain as well.
Needless to say, we are looking forward to returning to Chaves in the future.
