They are 5 metre wide wooden walkways, with space for pedestrians and cyclists, that run parallel to the sea, crossing cliffs, rivers and beaches from Nerja to Estepona (200 km in total). A short walk will take you to La Cala de Mijas (to the left) and Cabopino, Malaga's best beach, to the right. It is an easy and pleasant walk that passes many sandy beaches with beach bars, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Within a 5 minute walk you have a launderette, supermarket, British supermarket, hairdresser, bank offices, gymnasium, bars and restaurants and within a 10 minute walk you have El Zoco Calahonda Commercial Centre with pharmacy, hardware store, bakery, supermarkets, bank offices, bars and restaurants.
The urbanisation is surrounded by five golf courses, and in the surrounding area you can also go hiking, play tennis, windsurfing and scuba diving. The old town of Marbella (18 km away), the village of Mijas (22 km away) and Ronda (80 km away) are well worth a visit.
