Flat for rent - Budapest

This was my family home for the last 10 years.
Everything was kept in a really good condition and all the electric devices are only a few years old and they were continously maintained.
After moving, i had everything repainted and deep cleansed for you as this is how all homes should be treated when given to new 'owners'.
You will have all amenities, that you would have at home.
(The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, AC, electric hood, eletric herd, oven, microwave, hand mini vacuum, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, blender, vertical mixer, cordless standing vacuum.)
There are plenty of cupboards to pack away all your belongings and there is a wardrobe attached to the main bedroom, where all your clothes can fit in.
The second bedroom can be rearranged in several ways, so depending on your needs, it can have a kids's bed (80x140), a baby cot, two 90x180 beds or one 180x 200 bed. I can also provide a baby bath, a stroller, but these are only available upon request and we have to discuss setup in advance.

The flat is central, the city center can be reached within 10-15 minutes via public transport. The bus stops right at the opposite side of the road.
There are a lot of shops around within walking distance, there is even a 24/7 grocery store on the corner and the market is just two corners away, if you prefer some local meat or veggies.

I am living in Budapest, being an Airbnb superhost for years, so you can always count on me, if you need any help.

There is no elevator in the house and the flat is situated on the 2nd floor, though you have a storageroom for strollers under the stairs.

Everything was as described, probably even better. Edina is a wonderful host with clear communication, always available if anything is needed. Her apartment is unusually clean and tidy with every amenity you'll need. Fast internet, warm and spacious apartment with quick public transport. I can only recommend staying here!

The neighbourhood has plenty to offer, but it's mainly a residential area with small shops on the busier streets. There are two 24/7 shops in 1 min distance and there is a local market nearby with drug store and household shops. You can hop on a bus or metro and get anywhere in 20 minutes from there
Recommended places nearby
City park is nearby, that's recommended for walks, but the buildings are nice almost everywhere you start walking. Garay ter has a mall that is closest where the market is open, that is highly recommended
