Flat for rent - Lisbon

It is a modern, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with an excellent location in the city center. It is the 3rd floor with elevator, in a charming historic building in Rua do Arsenal, Lisbon, between the shops in Chiado and the riverfront, next to one of the most emblematic squares - Praça do Município. Has electric heating.
It has a supermarket, Time Out Market, a bus and tram stop and a subway and train crossing to Cascais just a few minutes' walk away, as well as many shops, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, theatres, museums, churches and landmarks in the surroundings. The buildings in the historic center do not have parking, however there is also paid parking in the street in the area and a paid parking under Praça do Município.
Approximately 1 km away there is a park with a daily rate.
The location is perfect!
It offers all amenities and comfort, has a fully equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi coverage, TV, towels and bed linen, and is professionally sanitized before each stay.
The ideal apartment for 1 person, can acommodate 2 friends. With two single beds in the bedroom, it has also 1 sofa bed in the living room. The room is large, with original stonework and large windows that capture a lot of light, with few objects, but with some pieces that give soul and a traditional Portuguese atmosphere and charm.
It is ideal for both working and exploring the history and charm of the historic centre, as well as for a short or long stay in Lisbon.

The flat is really well renovated in the central location. It's modern and very nice. You have elevator there which is great.
The windows are for one of the busiest streets in the city with trams, buses, taxis which are stopping just next your window.
During the night your sleep will be stopped but people who are going/coming back from the parties in the neigborhood.
There is no AC in the apartment.
Enter to the WC is via one room - so if someone is sleeping in the room is complicated to use the WC.

It's a busy part of the city with many clubs, restaurants, it's central location close to Cais de Sodre which is great communicated with other part of the city and closest cities.

We love our modern refurbished apartments where the history, materials and typical structure were maintained, and their great location, close to all amenities and the soothing river Tagus, the fashionable Chiado, the most typical Alfama and the bustling and fun Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, or even close to the ocean beaches, just a 20 minutes train ride away.
Actually, if you feel like going for a swim in the ocean or just work to get a tan we know where the best beaches are. We also love going to wine tastings, so if you are a wine lover, we can surely set you in the right direction!
We love to go that extra mile, so you feel like you are at home and know your way around.
