Our apartments stand out for their personality and cozy atmosphere with practical spaces that will perfectly suit your lifestyle. They feature a welcoming living-dining room with a window overlooking an interior garden, an open-plan kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom. They come fully furnished and equipped with essential items: tableware, kitchen utensils, linens, cleaning supplies, and appliances, ensuring that your experience is impeccable from the start.

We have parking spaces available within the same building with a monthly rent of €120.

Although there are various transportation options available to move around the Atocha area in Madrid:

1. Metro: The Atocha metro station is located in the area and is served by several lines, including line 1 (light blue) and line 3 (yellow). You can use the metro to travel around Atocha and other parts of the city.

2. Cercanías Renfe: Madrid-Puerta de Atocha train station is one of the main train stations in the city and is located in the Atocha area. From here, you can take Cercanías Renfe trains to travel to destinations within and outside of Madrid.

3. Bus: Several public bus lines pass through the Atocha area, providing connections to different parts of Madrid. You can check the schedules and routes of buses at nearby stops.

4. Bicycle: If you prefer to cycle, you can use the BiciMAD public bicycle system, which has rental stations at various locations in the city, including the Atocha area. There are also bike lanes in some parts of the area.

If the reason for the stay is for work, we request documentation from the company, the address of the workplace, and the duration of the employment contract.
If the reason for renting is for educational purposes, we ask for: the studies to be pursued, the educational institution, and the duration of the studies.
Lastly, in the case of personal reasons, we request a certificate of residency.
