Vila ima tri udobne spavaće sobe s kvalitetnim madracima i detaljima u toplim tonovima koji stvaraju osjećaj doma. Dvije moderno uređene kupaonice dodatno olakšavaju svakodnevicu većih grupa. Prostrani dnevni boravak s izlazom na terasu spojen je s elegantnom kuhinjom opremljenom svim aparatima, posuđem i dodatnim sadržajem za pripremu jela.
Posebna vrijednost Gardenie je veliko privatno dvorište, okruženo zelenilom i maslinama, koje nudi privatnost i autentičan istarski ugođaj. With a surface area of 156 m², Villa Gardenia is the largest of the Kolumbera villas and is ideal for larger families, groups of friends, or those who simply love more space.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses and warm-toned details that create a homey feel. Two modern bathrooms make daily life easier for larger groups. The spacious living room, which opens onto a terrace, is connected to an elegant kitchen equipped with all appliances, dishes, and additional amenities for preparing meals.
A special feature of Gardenia is the large private yard, surrounded by greenery and olive trees, which offers privacy and an authentic Istrian atmosphere. The central part of the garden features a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and comfortable lounge chairs. There is also a covered terrace with a grill and garden furniture, perfect for summer dinners, gatherings, or hosting private outdoor celebrations and parties.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, and private parking. A crib for babies and additional cleaning can also be arranged upon request. Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
