Charming historic building with 5 studios, living room/library, and a pool, designed to welcome you inside one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Porto. Steps away from Fine Arts School and Coliseu do Porto you will be staying in the heart of the city besides locals and art students.

The space
Casa da Praça is a typical Porto house from the XIX century that was fully renovated and hides in its backyard a lovely terrace with a pool.
The house has 5 independent studios that are themed decorated around travel, sports, aircraft, and naval vintage memorabilia. All studios are equipped with a little kitchnette ready to prepare simple meals, a complete bathroom, a dining/working table, and a big comfy bed (160x200).
There is a terrace and a heated swimming pool that you can use all year round during permitted hours.

Air conditioning system that also provides heating of the apartment in winter.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
