Welcome to our spacious and comfortable family home in the peaceful village of Wolfsthal, Austria. The house offers the perfect combination of tranquility, privacy, and excellent accessibility, making it ideal for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to both Bratislava and Vienna.

Wolfsthal is located just 10 minutes by car from Bratislava and approximately 50 minutes from Vienna. The village also has a direct train connection to Vienna, making daily commuting simple and convenient.

The house offers approximately 300 m² of living space and a beautiful 1,000 m² private garden, providing plenty of room both indoors and outdoors.

Comfortable Accommodation

The house features four fully furnished bedrooms with comfortable full-size beds:

Three bedrooms with double beds.
One bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

If needed, two more adults can comfortably sleep on the spacious sofa bed in the living room.

One bathroom includes a toilet, while an additional separate toilet provides extra convenience.

Hello, I'm Diana. Together with my husband, Lubos, I manage and host our family home. Since 2009, we have been building, managing, and renting residential properties, giving us 17 years of experience in creating comfortable homes and providing a pleasant experience for our guests. We are a family-oriented couple, and although we both come from a big city, we chose to build our lives in a peaceful location surrounded by nature while remaining just a short drive from the city. We believe a home should offer comfort, privacy, and enough space for everyone to truly feel at ease. We live close to the house we offer, so if anything needs attention during your stay, help is always nearby. Our home is ideal for families and anyone looking for generous living space. It offers privacy and room for hobbies, a home gym, a sauna, a walk-in wardrobe, and a garage. Families with young children are warmly welcome, and pets are welcome too. We want every guest to feel relaxed, welcome, and truly at home from the moment they arrive. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
