Location: Gated community near Aport Mall, west Almaty border, about 800m. from Almaty-Bishkek Road.

Description: Looking for neat and responsible tenants. This house is ideal for a family seeking a quiet, comfortable living space. Located in a secure neighborhood (outer fence, app-controlled gates, security cameras), it offers a peaceful environment while maintaining close proximity to major infrastructure like Aport Mall, Altyn-Orda market.
The house includes 4 rooms, 3 of which has sofa beds that contain 4 people plus there is camp bed (cot) for a 5th guest, large kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven etc., separate bathroom, small storage room, veranda. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms has dedicated workspaces, including monitors and TV screens, keyboards, mice as well as the Ethernet connection. The total number of displays is 6. So the house is very comfortable for remote work or study.

The garden is pretty large with trees and bushes. There's a driveway and plenty of space for a car.

The gated area is 20 minutes walk from big Aport West shopping mall, as well as to the Altyn-Orda bazaar. Same distance is to the nearest bus stop with lots of public buses. The time needs to get to the city center by taxi is around 30 - 50 minutes depending on a traffic. The airport is about an hour taxi drive and Sayran Bus Station is only 15 - 20 minutes drive.

The house is very comfortable and ideal for a family or a small group of travelers! Almaty is about mountain lovers, so you would love to explore mountains and many different nature locations living in this house!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
