For the duration of the rental, a completely self-contained 50 m² house is at your disposal, with a separate entrance, so you can enjoy your own space undisturbed. It is an ideal choice for couples, for two people, whether for a few nights or a longer stay.
The house is surrounded by a large, park-like area that provides a pleasant, nature-like atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, yet inhabited, so you don't have to give up urban conveniences either.

Számomra mindig kiemelten fontos a minőségi, kényelmes ágy, a tiszta és igényes környezet, valamint a jó elhelyezkedés. Hiszem, hogy egy igazán jó városi szállásnál fontos, hogy Budapest legszebb részei könnyen elérhetők legyenek, a mindennapi ügyintézéshez szükséges szolgáltatások pedig néhány lépésre megtalálhatók. Ezért is szeretem annyira ezt a lakást. Budapest szívében található, így szinte minden fontos látnivaló, étterem, kávézó, üzlet és szolgáltatás könnyen elérhető. A közlekedés kiváló, így autó nélkül is egyszerűen bejárható a város. És ami talán még fontosabb: a belvárosi nyüzsgés ellenére a lakás meglepően csendes és nyugodt. Az elegáns, átriumos belső udvar, a nagy belmagasság és a gyönyörű épület különleges hangulatot ad neki. If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
