With breathtaking Mediterranean views, multiple sunny terraces and plenty of space to relax or work remotely, it's the perfect place for digital nomads, couples and families looking for a home away from home. Our house offers approximately 160 m² of living space and an incredible 212 m² of outdoor terraces on different levels. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the Mediterranean, work in the sunshine or unwind with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

Our home has its own terrace entrance directly onto Paseo de las Flores, a beautiful pedestrian area with sea views and a small, peaceful playground. Perfect for families with children.
The beach is approximately 900 metres away, around a 15-minute walk, and a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the house.
Explore the surrounding Costa Tropical, visit Granada and the Alhambra, discover the Alpujarras or enjoy a day in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Pets are welcome!
We know that pets are part of the family. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, so you don't have to leave your four-legged companion behind.
Good to know
The house accommodates up to six guests, including a maximum of four adults. As this is a traditional Spanish house built on several levels, there are stairs throughout the property.
The private pool is seasonal and available from May to September.

Our house has a private garage suitable for small or compact cars, such as an Opel Corsa or Citroën C3. We recommend a maximum vehicle length of approximately 4.20 metres, as larger cars may be difficult to manoeuvre inside.
Alternatively, you can park directly in front of the garage door, provided your car does not obstruct access or traffic. Please fold in your wing mirrors.
Parking is free and no advance reservation is required. As the house is located in the historic centre of Salobreña, some surrounding streets are narrow.
A bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the house, and the beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Hi, I'm Eva! I was born in the early 1970s, I'm a mum to a teenage daughter, and together with my partner and daughter, I split my time between Rotterdam in the Netherlands and our lovely home in Salobreña, Spain. I've been in love with this beautiful part of Spain since 2008. I love the Spanish way of life, the sunshine, the food, the people and the relaxed atmosphere of the Costa Tropical. Casa Paseo de las Flores isn't just a rental property. It's our home, where we spend time together as a family and make wonderful memories. When we're not there, I'm happy to share it with guests who want to experience Salobreña beyond the usual tourist spots. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Strict (30-days)
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
