Spend a few weeks or months enjoying the quieter side of the Mediterranean in this charming coastal home, just 20 metres from the beach in Vinaròs.
With its private garden, sunny roof terrace and sheltered outdoor spaces, this is a wonderful place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate beyond the busy summer season.
A home for outdoor living
One of the highlights of the property is the opportunity to spend so much time outdoors. Enjoy breakfast in the private garden, have lunch in the sunshine or relax on the roof terrace. Even on breezier days, the sheltered patio and the spot by the beach wall offer lovely places to enjoy the sun.
Ideal for an active lifestyle
Vinaròs and its surroundings offer plenty of opportunities to stay active throughout the year. Explore the coastline by bicycle, discover nearby hiking routes, walk along the beaches and coves or venture into the beautiful surrounding countryside. The nearby Barranco d'Aiguadoliva is the starting point for the popular route up to the Puig de la Nau.
Comfortable everyday living
The home features one bedroom and accommodates up to four people, with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds (that can be connected to create a double bed) in the separated area of the living room. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Wi-Fi (including extenders to have coverage on the rooftop), several tables inside and outside you can use for work, a washing machine and everything you need to prepare your own meals and settle into everyday life. There's also a drawer with several board games in the living room.
Please note that the house is not as well insulated as Central or Northern European homes. There's a heating in the bathroom and a fireplace in the living room. When it's sunny, temperatures are pleasant but if you catch cloudy or rainy days, it's recommended to dress accordingly even inside. There's some firewood and, if necessary, we can order more on your behalf.
The private parking spot is right in front of the house. The shopping area is easily reachable by car or walking and within a couple of minutes by car or about 30 minutes walking along the coast, you get into the city centre. There's a restaurant/bar at the end of the street.
Experience authentic Spanish coastal life
Vinaròs is known for its relaxed atmosphere, local markets, seafood and excellent langostinos. Outside the summer season, you can experience a more authentic side of the town, with quieter beaches, fewer crowds and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
Weather is mild in winter with typical temperatures of 7-19°C but strong sun so that you can easily sunbathe if in the wind-sheltered patio. In spring, typical temperatures range from 9 to 25°C and in autumn from 11-29°C. Typical rainy days are max. 6 days per month.
Whether you're working remotely, looking for a change of scenery or simply want to spend some time in the Spanish sunshine, this is a welcoming place to call home.
Pets are welcome - the closed garden means you don't have to worry about leaving the door open.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
Friendly (7-days)
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
